Let's create your first project and see Syntrigen in action.

What is a Project?

Projects in Syntrigen are containers for related work. They can span multiple products and include: - Documents and files - Team members - Integrations - Workflows

Creating a Project

Step 1: Click "New Project"

From your dashboard, click the "New Project" button or press Cmd/Ctrl + N.

Step 2: Choose a Template

Select from pre-built templates or start from scratch: - Hiring Pipeline: For recruitment projects - Marketing Campaign: For marketing initiatives - Customer Onboarding: For client projects - Blank: Start fresh

Step 3: Configure Settings

- Project Name: Give your project a descriptive name - Description: Brief overview of the project - Privacy: Public (team-wide) or Private - Products: Select which Syntrigen products to enable

Step 4: Invite Team Members

Add collaborators by email or select from your team roster.

Files & Documents

Upload files or create new documents directly in your project.

Tasks & Workflows

Create tasks, set deadlines, and automate workflows.

Activity Timeline

See all project activity in chronological order.

Integrations

Connect external tools like Slack, Google Drive, or Jira.
