Privacy

What we collect, and what we do with it.

No accounts, no members, no newsletter. There is one form and there is optional analytics, and that is the whole of it.

If you contact us

The form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your company, and what you are trying to build. We use it to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. It is not added to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing to people who asked us a question.

Answering an enquiry means it passes through the services we use to run the business — email, and the system we track enquiries in. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Some operate outside your country. If that matters to you, email us directly instead of using the form.

Analytics

Nothing is measured unless you agree to it. Analytics loads with every storage permission denied and stays that way unless you choose Accept. If you accept, we can see which pages get read and whether the contact form works. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing is sold on. The Cookies link in the footer changes your answer at any time.

Two things are kept in your browser regardless: whether you chose the light or dark theme, and your answer to the analytics question. Both are settings, neither is sent to us, and clearing your browser storage removes them.

Your data, and getting rid of it

An enquiry is kept while the conversation is live, and afterwards only while there is a reason to keep it. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form for this and no identity check to endure — email us and we will do it.
