Managing Subscriptions

Control your Syntrigen subscription from the billing dashboard.

Accessing Billing

1. Click your profile icon 2. Select "Billing" 3. Or go to Settings > Billing

Subscription Actions

Upgrade Plan

1. Click "Change Plan" 2. Select new plan 3. Confirm changes 4. Pay prorated difference

Downgrade Plan

1. Click "Change Plan" 2. Select lower plan 3. Changes apply at cycle end 4. No refunds for current period

Cancel Subscription

1. Click "Cancel Subscription" 2. Select reason 3. Confirm cancellation 4. Access continues until period end

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

1. Go to Payment Methods 2. Click "Add Card" 3. Enter card details 4. Save as default (optional)

Updating Payment

1. Select existing card 2. Click "Update" 3. Enter new details

Invoices

- Invoices generated monthly - Sent to billing email - Download PDF from Billing History - Include tax details

Tax Information

- Add tax ID in Billing Settings - Update billing address for correct tax rates - Invoices show applicable taxes
