1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Syntri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Syntri is an AI-native business suite providing 8 interconnected products: Work, CRM, Dev, Campaigns, Desk, Docs, Automate, and HR. The Service includes AI-powered features through Syntri Brain that connect data and workflows across all products.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid features require a subscription. All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-powered features, including Syntri Brain, provide suggestions and automated actions based on your data. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important business decisions.
8. Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime for the Service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
